Reflecting On My Sierra Leone Experience While Running

Since we’re gone camping this weekend I decided to get my long run in before we left. I was thinking a lot about my experience in Sierra Leone while I ran, including those specific people I had the opportunity to meet. I miss being there and am a little saddened that I may not get back there again. I’m still processing my time there, and trying to better share small pieces of my experience with others. When I think of Sierra Leone and their struggles for the song by always comes to mind.
