Enjoying The Start Of A New Training Week

I enjoyed a shorter easy training run this morning. I guess it wasn’t super short as it was long enough to feel like I could get my mind off of the running and start listening to the words of the worship music playing and lift up those that God brought to my mind that needed prayer this morning. Despite the challenges some days I am truly blessed with all that God had given me and what he has given me the opportunity to be a part of.
