Tackling The Fitness Level Test Run

Today was just a short fitness level test run. I was kind of hoping I might hit the 5k mark but I just wasn’t fast enough to get that additional half mile in. I’m curious how is going to adjust my training plan after this run. I really didn’t have much of a quiet time due to the intensity of the run.

Tackling A Rainy And Intense Fitness Level Run
