Warm Weather Means Running Outside

Finished a Mid-January Run Outside

Had a great morning run OUTSIDE today. Felt great to be outside again. I can tell that my body is allowed to more naturally be in control of the pace I’m running at any given point. I do think the treadmill running has helped my outside run today. Got a personal best on 3miles, woot!
