New Year’s Eve 10K+

A bit later of a start this morning, a big change for me to actually run when there is daylight. It’s always interesting trying to get in enough miles running around my small hometown of Le Sueur, MN.

    Just A Short Tuesday Run

    It was nice to sleep in a little before doing the short run, especially given my #Endomondo training plan has me on a 5 run per week schedule. The only problem with these short runs is that I get a little too caught up in my speed. I love having the worship workout music pumping me up to full speed.     Finishing The 2018 Grand Rapids Marathon Training

    Last training run with my running partner before the big race on Sunday. Seems like nothing to run a couple of miles for training.
