Just A Short Tuesday Run

It was nice to sleep in a little before doing the short run, especially given my training plan has me on a 5 run per week schedule. The only problem with these short runs is that I get a little too caught up in my speed. I love having the worship workout music pumping me up to full speed. It was pretty warm out already at 5am.

I’ve been running on these old shoes for some time. They’ve gotten pretty badly worn and it was high time I get new ones before I injured myself. Looking forward to my first run in them. A little bird (i.e. my wife) told me that a couple HWP Team Daybreak members have these shoes…

    Doing The Long Winter Run

Got in good long run in this morning, with the help of my running partner. I was thankful to not have to do the whole 18 miles alone. It felt good to know that even in the winter I can do that long of a run. The last couple of miles was a push, but…
