Running With Purpose, Grand Rapids Marathon Training

When I started running it was about getting healthy, but once that goal had been met there needed to be more to running than just staying healthy. The greater purpose for running came when I joined the Team and ran my first marathon. Bringing clean water to those in Africa that desperately need it is a far better purpose for running than simply staying healthy. Every day I get out and run is a reflection of my commitment to clean water.
