Saturday 5 Mile Long Run, Training For The Groundhog Marathon

Ran 5.00 mi with Nike Run Club.

It was hard to get up early on a Saturday morning knowing that I could just stay in bed and no one would know or call me out on it. However, even though it took me a good 45 minutes to get out of bed and hit the run I knew that missing training runs would only lead to a more disappointing finish come February, and having the guided coaching had been a huge help.
