Keeping The Trots At Bay

This morning the wheels pretty much fell off my 6.5 mile run. As you can see I really only got a little more than 4 miles in. I had to stop because I just couldn’t keep jostling things around and keep the trots from hitting me. I did manage to get another really slow 1.5 miles in after that but it was still rough. I’m not sure exactly what the cause was but I do know that I haven’t been exactly eating great the last few weeks. Hopefully this next week I can get back in my groove.
