Progressing Through The Garmin Half Marathon Training on a Tuesday Morning

Distance: 4.72 miles, Time: 50:04, Pace: 10:37 min/mile | Hudsonville - Goal Pace Run | Garmin / Selfie of me with street lights lighting up the sidewalk & street in our neighborhood after my run.

After a tough easy Monday run today was better, even though it was generally a harder run. Pretty happy with the overall pace average given than this run included both a 15 minute jog warmup and cool down.
