Post Injury Easy Run

Distance: 3.58 miles, Time: 40:05, Pace: 11:11 min/mile | Hudsonville - Easy Run / Selfie on the winter streets of my neighborhood after a run.

I’ve been out for about a week dealing with an injury and lack of sleep due to a crazy house schedule. My foot felt OK today, though I kept it easy and didn’t push things by taking on the optional 20 minutes extra running time. I’m hoping I can get back into things, though I’m concerned about getting sick now that my whole family seems to be down with colds.

Support clean water in Africa and even double your impact through a year end giving match. https://timn.me/HWI2022

“Official” River Bank Run 25K Training Start

This week starts the official #RiverBankRun 25K training plan, though I started a week early with my training plan. I’m not signed up for any other races before the RBR so far, and with #COVID19 still going strong I don’t see that changing anytime soon. #HWI #Run4Water #SocialDistanceRunner
