Getting in Another 3 Miles on a Hot Summer Morning

Nothing like having to go to the bathroom to slow your interval run down. My only goal for today was just to make my run a bit harder than a steady pace 3 mile run like the day before. Regardless of what my plan was I still managed to get out of bed and get my run in, so it was still a good day.
