Another Interval Run That Kicked My Butt

I did get out yesterday but was caught in the rain so I didn’t get anything posted. Today was a bit farther and I attempted an interval run that kicked my butt. It wasn’t pretty, but I got my run in and finished.

I’m about $900 short on my fundraiser right now so any support would be huge. Join with me to bring clean water to Africa. https://timn.me/HWI2021

Attempting to do a long run in the evening after a full day of activities with the family proved to be a bad idea. While I started off strong I just totally ran out of steam after a little over 14 miles. My overall average was still better than I would have thought, but that…
