Steady Saturday Night Long Run

Distance: 10.8 miles, Time: 2:00:02, Pace: 11:07 min/mile | Hudsonville - Easy Long Run / Late night selfie on the sidewalk in the neighborhood with a street light in the background.

Things were pretty good and steady throughout the run. The last couple of miles started to be a bit more of a struggle. I almost didn’t get my run in today. I don’t care for late night runs, and today I just couldn’t get myself out of bed in the morning to get the 2 hour run in. I knew that I had to get this run on because I just already missed last week’s long run. I made it out and got it done.

During this season of celebrating Christ’s birth we can celebrate 15 new wells that will be going in this coming year. There’s more work to be done, so consider a year-end gift to clean water. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus Give the blessing of clean water: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr
