Doing The Long Winter Run

Got in good long run in this morning, with the help of my running partner. I was thankful to not have to do the whole 18 miles alone. It felt good to know that even in the winter I can do that long of a run. The last couple of miles was a push, but I was also about out of water, so that didn’t help matters. Looking forward to more winter runs in the future.
