Easy? Monday 10K

This morning was pretty warm and humid but I managed it pretty well. It’s actually a good thing to get some early morning heat as part of making sure you’re body has experience with all types of weather. You never know what race day weather will be like.

As I listened to the worship music play I prayed for the Team’s training and races, as well as for the people of Sierra Leone, that God would provide exactly what they each needed.

Back In The Groove After Some Recovery Time

Had a great run this morning. Things started off slower but by miles 2 things speed up and I was in groove once again. However, that didn’t cause me to lose sight of keeping some of my running focusing on friends and family that are in need. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon
