Knocking Out An Early Morning Half Marathon

Got my long run in before the gathered. I’m trying to be in more of a maintenance mode since running the 25K so even though the group training plan only called for 6 miles my plan called for 13. And of course I put in the extra .1 miles to make it a half marathon.
