Tackling A Winter Interval Run

Trying to do interval training runs in the cold winter months can be challenging. Even with the right gear which I highly recommend, you have to be careful so you don’t end up taking a dive. Snow and ice can make speed a definite challenge when attempting faster interval runs. When it comes to winter running some dates you just need go with the flow.
