Celebrating A Good Run And Thankful For The Tough Ones

When you have a good training run you can celebrate by looking back on those tough days that got you there. The tough days remind you why you are doing it.

It’s the hard days that help you grow and get better, that are going to get you through to the end of a marathon race. Despite how hard they may be at the time, they bring balance to your training. Without the hard days we have less to celebrate on the good days.
