After a brief hiatus on Tuesday, no thanks to a cold and a bad nights rest, I was back out for my early morning run. I really had my butt kicked with a high intensity interval run. Had a great morning run OUTSIDE today. Felt great to be outside again. I can tell that my body is allowed to more naturally be in control of the pace I’m running at any given point.
