After a brief hiatus on Tuesday, no thanks to a cold and a bad nights rest, I was back out for my early morning run. I really had my butt kicked with a high intensity interval run. Another training run in the books. I could definitely feel the soreness in my legs from the half marathon still. I could also tell that some bad eating the previous few days was affecting how I was feeling while running. I really need to get back on track with things. I did enjoy another day…Just A Short Tuesday Run
It was nice to sleep in a little before doing the short run, especially given my #Endomondo training plan has me on a 5 run per week schedule. The only problem with these short runs is that I get a little too caught up in my speed. I love having the worship workout music pumping me up to full speed.
