A Tough Tuesday Training Run

I could tell from the start that it was going to be a tough run. I even made a point of going to bed early the night before, because I was going to need to be up by 3:45am to get my 11 mile done at a decent time. I made it to 10 miles and had to stop and let my keys takes rest. I ended up doing some walk/run intervals to get myself home.

It was one of those tough runs where you begin to question your training and whether you’re going to even be able to tackle the next race. I’m going to need to keep my eye on the cause in order to get through this I feel.

Starting off the week with a short “easy” run even though my training called for an interval run. Even though I’m typically one to follow a training plan pretty closely, I know where I’m at right know with my fitness level. #5K #training

Bringing It Back Inside, Thanks Mr Weather

Had to bring things back inside this morning. I did have to think twice about it given that at the moment I was getting ready it wasn’t actually raining. Given the entire morning called for rain I opted not to get caught in it this time. Hope I can be back outside tomorrow. https://www.endomondo.com/users/7182108/workouts/908622333
