Still Figuring Out My New Running Norm

My running has been pretty off in the last month. Between my Spring race being postponed, the running app issues on my phone and watch, things have just been challenging to say the least.

Today I gave the Nike+ Run Club app a try, though without the ability to use my watch along with the phone app I’m not sure if I’ll be sticking with it. I did like the audio coaching it provided but it was just not great to have the run tracking happening on my watch to monitor my progress.

I’m not sure what I’ll end up settling on, I may give Strava a try or just go back to Adidas Running. I’m not sure what my running will be like for awhile, but I was glad to just get out and run again.

Another Monday Run In The Books

I really don’t have much to say about this mornings’ run. I had a solid pace and stayed around my target heart rate. It was a pretty crisp morning but by the half way point I was warned up & trucking along nicely. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
