Still Working on Getting Back Into My Training

The morning started off a bit later than it should have but I still got my 4 miles in. The run was still a bit of a challenge, I could tell that I hadn’t gotten in the miles I should have the previous week. I’m a bit concerned how the Saturday 9 miles is going to go. I think come Saturday my only goal should be to finish, whether that means just doing walk/run intervals.

Feeling Like An Intense 5K Run

As I hit the pavement this morning I felt like just kicking into high gear for the entire run. I’m not quite sure that it was an overall lifetime #PR for a #5K but I’m pretty sure I finished better than more recent 5K times. What’s crazy is that it wasn’t like I had gotten…
