Last Long Run Before the 2022 Groundhog Marathon

It was another frigid cold morning. Despite the cold, and the struggle, I kept going. I still feel like I’m trying to rebuild a wall that came crumbling down the year that COVID hit. I took it hard having to run solo and all the races turned to virtual. This past year has been struggle to build things back up again.
