Longest Run Since the Grand Rapids Half Marathon

Things are off to a good start with my next half marathon training. I actually had to force myself to slow down to get the Garmin to quit beeping at me that I was going to fast. I was easily able to take on the optional additional 10 minute “lap”, and I felt good when I was done. I’m enjoying the cooler early mornings for sure.

If anyone is inclined to help me cross the finish line for my fundraising goal of $1000 every bit will help me raise the remaining $400 or so that I have remaining.
