Another Saturday Long Run Ice Beard

It was a cold snowy run this morning, and it was another tough one for me. I’m pretty sure that the runs that I haven’t been able to get it, or opted to take off, are having their effect now. I need to keep focused on getting my runs in so that I can feel better about each of my next long runs.
