First Long Training Run Since The GR Marathon

I got out on a Sunday morning to make up for not being able to get out on Saturday. I’m doing my best to stick to the training plan. I know that the more you waiver on the training the harder things will be come race day. Last year I had a tough go of it for the and I’d prefer to have a better go of it next time.

    A day late on posting this. Better late than never, right? It’s hard to imagine that I’m only a couple of days away from the marathon. I so appreciate this guy training with me these past many weeks. Looking forward to hitting the next milestone and crossing the finish line together.
