Overcoming The Tough Interval Training Runs

After a couple of weeks of tough interval runs I finally nailed one pretty well. I think my take away is that when it comes to training, as with much in life, you are going to have hard days that you can barely get through. Those are the days you have to have in order to have growth and future success. So we need to celebrate the hard days just as well as good days.
